Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindMyCleaner (the "Site"), operated at cleaners-247.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

FindMyCleaner is an online directory and marketplace that connects homeowners with cleaning service providers and professionals. The Site allows:

  • Homeowners to search for, compare, and contact cleaners
  • Homeowners to submit project requests and receive quotes
  • Homeowners to leave reviews for cleaners they have hired
  • Cleaning businesses to create profiles and showcase their services
  • Cleaning businesses to receive leads and quote requests from homeowners

FindMyCleaner acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any agreements between homeowners and cleaners.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Cleaning Business Obligations

Cleaning businesses that register on the Site agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about their business, services, qualifications, and experience
  • Maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance, and bonding for their jurisdiction
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform all contracted cleaning work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, pricing, or availability
  • Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive practices

5. Homeowner Obligations

Homeowners who use the Site agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their projects and requirements
  • Communicate respectfully with cleaners
  • Submit honest and fair reviews based on actual experience
  • Not use the Site for any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purpose
  • Not submit fake reviews or manipulate cleaning business ratings

6. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant FindMyCleaner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Site
  • Represent that your User Content is truthful, based on actual experience, and does not violate any third-party rights
  • Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page
  • Authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINDMYCLEANER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any cleaning business listed on the Site is licensed, insured, or qualified
  • The quality of any cleaning performed will meet your expectations
  • Any information on the Site is accurate, reliable, or complete

FindMyCleaner is not responsible for the conduct, work quality, or reliability of any cleaning service provider or user. You hire cleaning professionals at your own risk and should independently verify their credentials, insurance, and references.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDMYCLEANER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY CLEANERS FOUND THROUGH THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindMyCleaner, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of FindMyCleaner or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Post spam, solicitations, or unauthorized advertising

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindMyCleaner regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
