Good service but communication could improve
The cleaning itself is quite good. Floors, surfaces, and bathrooms are always well done. However, scheduling changes are sometimes communicated last minute. Would be five stars if the office staff were as attentive as the cleaning crew.

Consistent quality every visit

Absolutely love this cleaning team
They clean our four-bedroom house every other week and the quality is always exceptional. The team lead checks every room before they leave. Bathrooms sparkle, floors are mopped to perfection, and they always fold the toilet paper into a nice point.
